An expert with 25 years of relevant professional experience in public communications, leading communication/outreach teams, and working as a public information officer, editor, journalist, writer, PR, and communication trainer in Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Serbia, and North Macedonia.
Mr. Valentin Neshovski has 25 years of profound experience in strategic communications, public relations, media, journalism, and capacity building.
Throughout his professional career in public communications, he has led communication/outreach teams and served as a public information officer, communication and media expert, lecturer, PR trainer, editor, journalist, and writer.
He played a leading role in developing and implementing the first Communication Strategy for the Republic of North Macedonia's EU accession process, along with numerous other communication strategies and plans.
As a Public Information Officer at the EU Info Centre in Skopje, he was responsible for raising awareness about the EU, disseminating information about the Union, designing and implementing communication activities for various EU-funded projects, lecturing about the EU, encouraging and organizing public debates related to the EU accession process and fundamental values of the European Union, and organizing events, debates, and round tables. He also maintained and wrote content for the EUD and EU Info Centre websites and social media accounts.
Furthermore, he lectured postgraduate students at New York University in Skopje and the Public Affairs Regional Centre on a wide range of topics, including news writing, media and journalism ethics, writing for electronic or traditional media, introduction to communication theory, the concept of persuasion, media relations, creating media interest, and crisis communication.
Currently, Mr. Neshovski works as a freelance PR, media, and communications expert on various EU-funded projects. He has also worked as a journalist and editor for major media outlets in North Macedonia.
He is fluent in English, Macedonian, and Bosnian/Croatian/Montenegrin/Serbian.

Throughout his career, Popovski has played a pivotal role in strengthening democratic institutions and promoting transparent, accountable governance. He has been a strong advocate for aligning governance policies with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), ensuring that policy frameworks support long-term sustainability and resilience. As the founder and manager of Brigada Design, he has successfully led numerous high-impact campaigns, developing visual identities, brand books, and design guidelines for prominent organizations such as UNDP, UNICEF, EU4Youth, OECD-Sigma ...
His work spans a diverse range of creative outputs, including logo design, book covers, posters, digital and print materials, animations, and video editing.
Bojan has also contributed as a consultant and expert advisor, providing strategic input to various institutions, organizations and projects to enhance their communication strategies through data visualization and design.
His career began in editorial design, serving as an art director and layout editor for cultural and media organizations like ZUM magazine, NGO Kontrapunkt, and Templum Publishing House.
